She considered my work, sleep, eating, and social schedule (along with aches and pains) in order to create my plan. I didn't like exercise, and eating healthy.  (I'm not easy to work with). She listens, and gets to know you, in order to see what will help you become successful with your own personal goals.

Beth worked with me to give me more confidence with strength and core training.

She recognized that while I was self-motivated, I was shy about using weights
