Hi, I’m Beth.

 

Personal fitness and seeing people achieve their goals is a passion for me.

 

I am a certified fitness coach and personal trainer with over 15 years of training, exercise and nutritional experience.  My clients say that what sets me apart is that:

  • I promote obtainable, relevant goals - which can be progressed and are sustainable; and

  • I accept joint accountability with my clients for achieving those goals.

And that’s the sweet spot which leads to success!

My Mission Is to help clients achieve their health and personal fitness goals through exercise, coaching, and nutritional guidance.
 
I pay close attention to your needs, including any ailments or movement restrictions for injury prevention and correction as well as specific conditioning/toning requests.
