Flexible Scheduling and Pricing Options

I offer personal training and nutritional advice, tailored around your needs for a price you can afford! I believe that hiring a personal trainer shouldn't have to break the bank (or your budget). 

Contact me for specific rates. I am happy to work with you to create a plan that balances your needs as well as cost. Options include:

 

  • Pay by the session

  • Buy a discounted bundle of 5, 10, or 20 sessions

  • Subscribe to a monthly plan tailored to your needs

 

A monthly plan would be built around your needs and could include as many sessions as you need:

A) Traditional personal training, specifically, in-person (or virtual/remote) guidance while exercising – no equipment required.

 

B) Personal training plus accountability coaching:

  • In-person (or virtual/remote) guidance while exercising – no equipment required.

  • Meal and snack coaching to assist weight management and fitness goals, including grocery-list assistance.

  • Reminders and check-ins for to keep you on track re: exercise, water, food, sleep.

  • Assistance with restaurant meal-selections. For example, if you're ordering from somewhere, I can help you.

 

C) Accountability coaching without exercise training. This option is good if you already have a fitness regimen and just need some help sticking to it or maintaining consistency. It includes:

  • Meal and snack coaching to assist weight management and fitness goals, including grocery-list assistance.

  • Reminders and check-ins for to keep you on track re: exercise, water, food, sleep.

  • Assistance with restaurant meal-selections. For example, if you're ordering from somewhere, I can help you.
