A monthly plan would be built around your needs and could include as many sessions as you need:

A) Traditional personal training, specifically, in-person (or virtual/remote) guidance while exercising – no equipment required.
B) Personal training plus accountability coaching:

Meal and snack coaching to assist weight management and fitness goals, including grocery-list assistance.

Reminders and check-ins for to keep you on track re: exercise, water, food, sleep.

C) Accountability coaching without exercise training. This option is good if you already have a fitness regimen and just need some help sticking to it or maintaining consistency. It includes:
