For many people, COVID has also brought losses and "gains" related to our health & fitness.  These include:

 

  • Loss or decreased activity and/or ability to perform activities (in classes/gyms, sports, etc) 

  • Loss of energy, stamina, and muscle mass

  • Increased sedentary lifestyles 

  • Sadness/depression/isolation

  • Unfortunate "Gains" in weight and body mass

It's OK to need extra attention, or for me to oversee your routine in order for YOU to achieve results! I help keep you accountable with reminders, check-ins, and options to reach out.
